The aim of this research is to determine the relationship between leg muscle explosive power and 50 meter sprint running speed in PJKR students at Rokania University. This research is a type of correlational research with a sample size of 8 people and analyzed using product moment correlation. The results of the research show that: There is a significant relationship between leg muscle explosive power and the 50 meter run in PJKR students at Rokania University. The results of Product Moment Correlation analysis show Rcount (0.410) > Rtabel (0.400), while Tcount (1.796) > Ttable (1.746). Thus, it can be concluded that the working hypothesis proposed by Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that hypothesis one is accepted, namely that there is a significant relationship between leg muscle explosive power and the 50 meter run in PJKR students at Rokania University.
Ferri Herdryanto, Wahyu Ramadhan, Alfiqroam Kumar Copyright (c) 2023 Journal of ProSport https://prosport.bunghatta.ac.id/index.php/prosport/article/view/37 Thu, 27 Apr 2023 00:00:00 +0000 KEMAMPUAN DAYA LEDAK https://prosport.bunghatta.ac.id/index.php/prosport/article/view/34
The problem in this research is that the explosive power capabilities of PJKR students class of 2020 at Rokania University are not yet known. The aim of this research is to determine the explosive power ability of PJKR students class of 2020 at Rokania University. This type of research is quantitative descriptive. This research was carried out in the field at Rokania University. The sample in this study consisted of 8 people. Data collection technique using the vertical jump test. Data were analyzed using percentage statistical tests. The research results were obtained as follows: The explosive power ability of PJKR students class of 2020 at Rokania University was in the very good category 0 people (0%), good 0 people (0%), fair 0 people (0%), less than 4 people (50%) and very less 4 people (50%).
Ridha Issafudin, Ferri Hendryanto, Suhermon, Arisman, Ardo Yulpiko Putra, Eval Edmizal Copyright (c) 2023 Journal of ProSport https://prosport.bunghatta.ac.id/index.php/prosport/article/view/34 Thu, 27 Apr 2023 00:00:00 +0000 PENGARUH PERMAINAN SASARAN TEMBAK TERHADAP KEMAMPUAN PASSING ATAS BOLA VOLI ADA PESERTA DIDIK KELAS XI SMA NEGERI 2 KAMPAR https://prosport.bunghatta.ac.id/index.php/prosport/article/view/38
This type of research is experimental research, quasi-experimental design, with one group pretest-postrest design. The population in this study was all students in Class XI IPA 1 and XI IPS 1, namely 49 people. The sampling technique is to use a saturated sample or sensu. Based on the Paired Sample T-Test, it can be seen from the t count (14.827) > t table (2.01063) and the sig. 0.000 < 0.05. Thus, it can be concluded that there is an influence of target shooting games on the passing ability of volleyball in Class XI students of SMA Negeri 2 Kampar. The effect of target shooting games on students' passing ability is 93.3%.
Iska Noviardila, Vigi Indah Permatha Sari, Fatma Yuni, Ali Mardius Copyright (c) 2023 Journal of ProSport https://prosport.bunghatta.ac.id/index.php/prosport/article/view/38 Thu, 27 Apr 2023 00:00:00 +0000 HUBUNGAN KELENTUKAN DAN KEKUATAN OTOT PERUT DENGAN LEMPARAN KE DALAM SEPAKBOLA https://prosport.bunghatta.ac.id/index.php/prosport/article/view/36
The purpose of this researh was to determine the contribution of flexibility and agility to basketball dribling skills in Binamuda Club athletes in Pekanbaru City. This type of research is correlational. The population and sample used in this study were 16 athletes from the Binamuda Club in Pekanbaru City. The data analysis technique used is multiple correlation value test. Based on the results of the research that has been done, it can be concluded that (1) There is a contribution of flexibility to the dribling basketball skills of the Binamuda Club athletes Pekanbaru City of 44.76% with a value of rcount = 0.669 with r table = 0.497, (2) There is a contribution of agility to the dribling basketball skills of athletes. Binamuda Club Pekanbaru City is 41.34% with a value of rcount = 0.643 with r table = 0.497, (3) There is a contribution of agility and flexibility to the dribling basketball skills of the Binamuda Club athletes Pekanbaru City of 65.12% with a value of rcount = 0.807 with r table = 0.497.
Aldi Oktavian, Oki Candra, Gustiranda, Toktong Parulian, Apriyanti Rahmalia Copyright (c) 2024 Journal of ProSport https://prosport.bunghatta.ac.id/index.php/prosport/article/view/36 Thu, 27 Apr 2023 00:00:00 +0000 PERAN KECEPATAN DAN DAYA LEDAK OTOT TUNGKAI TERHADAP KETERAMPILAN LAY-UP PADA ATLET BOLABASKET https://prosport.bunghatta.ac.id/index.php/prosport/article/view/33
This research is of a correlational nature and was conducted among the population of basketball athletes from SMA Negeri 2 Tebo, totaling 20 individuals. A total sampling method was used due to the relatively small population size of 20 male athletes. The research instruments included a 30-meter sprint speed test, a vertical jump test to measure lower limb muscle explosiveness, and a lay-up skills test. Data analysis was performed using the product-moment correlation analysis technique (simple and multiple correlations) with a significance level of ?=0.05.

The research findings indicate that there is a significant contribution between speed and lay-up skills among the basketball athletes of SMA Negeri 2 Tebo, with a contribution rate of 24.40%. Furthermore, there is a significant contribution between lower limb muscle explosiveness and lay-up skills among the basketball athletes of SMA Negeri 2 Tebo, with a contribution rate of 23.44%.
